While this book does include many things that are easy to take up right away, this book is not for those who are only interested in implementing things that are easy and not an inconvenience. However, if you are committed to sustainable living and making changes gradually to reduce your impact while living in a modern world, read on.

This book is an excellent guide offering something for everyone to do to help live in a greener lifestyle. Full of ideas that can be used and adapted easily right away, as well as things to aspire and work up to.
